Where practical session can not be completed for whatever reason, the sessions will be caught up at a more convenient time for the farmer. Substitution of sessions may occur. Content of training at any given stage may change, be substituted and or alternative and new inclusions made. This is done at the sole discretion of RLTS management. |

| 3.14 |
Any administrator attending with a group of their own trainees attending training for more than 1 hour per day of the relevant course, will be subject to paying the full course fees for the weeks training, should the administrator be responsible for evaluating the course or being an assessor, the fee will only be waivered if a RLTS non-disclosure agreement is signed without alteration. |

| 3.15 |
All necessary equipment & consumables used during practical sessions will be provided by RLTS, unless otherwise stated. |
|
| 3.16 |
Lecture notes are provided at the relevant training course for all trainees that have paid in full, and where we have already received a fully completed application form, unless otherwise arranged prior to commencement with RLTS management. |
|
| 3.17 |
Overalls and gumboots and pens will not be supplied by RLTS, trainees must bring their own items to training courses. |
|
| 3.18 |
It is compulsory for all trainees attending practical training sessions to have a clean overalls and gumboots available for the relevant practical sessions. If not sufficiently clean, the trainees may be denied access to the practical session without prejudice to RLTS, the trainee may return for an alternative practical attendance at another date provided that the overall and gumboots are acceptably clean. RLTS can not be held responsible for costs incurred by the trainees for not been allowed access because their overalls and gumboots are not sufficiently clean. |

| 3.19 |
RLTS reserves the right of admission. As per the constitution of South Africa under Section 25(1) of the Constitution, we reserve the right of admission should our rules be compromised. |
|
| 3.20 |
All pricing is valid on the total value of the Quotation and or Pro-Forma Invoice and or Invoice been accepted. Any changes of any part may be subject to additional charges and or a change in pricing. |
|
| 3.21 |
Contravention of the copyright held by RLTS will not be tolerated and is actionable with legal proceedings being initiated. The notes, lectures, note content may not be duplicated and or copied for distribution whatsoever. |
|
| 3.22 |
Terms & conditions as is stated in our company terms and conditions are accepted by the addressee of relevant quotation and or Pro Forma Invoice and or Invoice and or applicant/s that has inquired about any of our training courses by sending us an application for training to attend any of our training courses. |
|
| 3.23 |
At courses where practical sessions are provided, attendees will only be allowed to attend practical training session if finger nails are cut short. No long nails will be allowed and at the discretion of RLTS trainers, trainees will be refused practical training if the trainee/s do not comply and RLTS is not responsible for any cost, charge and or refund from any claimant that has not sufficiently short nails as per RLTS trainer discretion. |

| 3.24 |
Theft is a serious matter, the police will immediately be called in to investigate should any claims or charges be made. |
|
| 3.25 |
RLTS will not allow the abuse of alcohol, the use or sale of contraband in any form whatsoever while attending training and or for the duration of training and or while staying at RLTS premises. |
|
| 3.26 |
Trainees may under no circumstances make direct contact with farmers we have used to provide practical training at without our prior explicit permission, contravention of this will result in compensation sought and or legal action been taken, the trainee hereby acknowledges this as a condition and provision to which the trainee will adhere to when attending our training offered. We have in the past endured countless problems whereby trainees harass the farmers for jobs, make uninvited visitation, especially at unbecoming hours, where we have at our expense endured farmers withdrawing from allow our trainees to be accommodated for any future training, we have even faced claims of theft made from farmers when our trainees, after training has been completed, secretively appeared on the farms without permission with suspicious intent. |

| 3.27 |
RLTS may use applicants’ and trainees details and or contact details for purposes of sales, promotion, research and or any other purpose. This will be done at the discretion of RLTS. |
|
| 4 |
Cell Phone Usage |
|
| 4.1 |
Cell phone usage during training is strictly prohibited, as well as recording the lectures electronically via video or mic. Any transgressions will lead to immediate expulsion from further training and legal action will be taken against transgressing trainees. RLTS will not refund any portion of the fees paid for training for trainees transgressing and recording any part of the entire training course and or session. |

| 4.2 |
Cell phones are not allowed to be used while training commences, if urgent calls are received the trainees have to vacate the training area in order to not disrupt the training for other students. |
|
| 4.3 |
Communication group may be set up via various cell phone applications. This group is solely set up to communicate relevant training, scheduling and important information pertaining to attendance at the Academy. Any trainee trying to influence and or affect any other trainee by any means of intimidation, bullying, strike, illicit trade, contra ban and or bad mouthing any individual, employee of RLTS and or RLTS directly and or indirectly will be subject to legal action taken against them and asked to leave with forfeiture of course fees. |

Disciplinary Action, transgressing rules and regulations and or Terms and Conditions when in attendance of our training. |
|
| 5.1 |
If there is any problem, complaint and or query that may arise, trainees must seek a remedy and solution with the management of RLTS. RLTS management is represented by Norman Rothman and Elizabeth Isidoro-Rothman. If RLTS management is not made aware of any such issues by measure of a formal written notification, and given a fair opportunity to remedy the situation or react in resolving the relevant issue and the issue is posted on social media, we reserve the right to take legal action against the relevant trainee. |

| 5.2 |
Fair and legal compensation will be charged to trainees that are asked to leave for whatever reason of transgressing – Rules and Regulations and or our Terms and Conditions as set out in this document and on our Website. |
|
| 5.3 |
Any trainee that has been suspended for whatever reason, and would at a later stage want to re-attend, if accepted, will be subject to additional charges for accommodation if applicable, any missed classes, and or missed practical sessions, will also be subject to additional charges for re-attendance if and when applicable. |
|
| 5.4 |
All the relevant documentation, Application Forms, Rules and Regulations for Accommodation, Indemnity and or any other documentation requested to be completed, must be completed in full. All documentation must be completed on in advance of arrival and if not possible at registration on arrival, no training will commence for the relevant student if documentation is not completed in full. |
|
| 5.5 |
If a trainees is found to be guilty of theft fair and legal compensation will be sought via legal litigation. |
|
| 5.6 |
Any trainees and or person disrupting training sessions or individuals being accommodated at RLTS premises, by whatever means will be asked to immediately leave and the police will be called at no cost, claim or refund request against RLTS. |
|
| 5.7 |
Trainees attending any portion of any of our training may not approach the farmers that we take the trainee to for: any additional practical training, for any job inquiry, for any additional practical participation and or practice, whether concerning the attended portion of training or any other matter whatsoever without our permission. We have established relationships with farmers over decades and often may have to pay for the usage of facilities and livestock, we cannot afford this to be jeopardised and any inquiry or request to the farmer must be channelled through RLTS. Trainees transgressing this will be charged and liable for charges and compensation. |
|
| 5.8 |
Trainees may under no circumstances influence or attempt to influence any other trainee by contradicting any instruction, tutoring information and or lecture content by making statements or passing comment to the contrary of the relevant information passed on to trainees during any form of instructions. Trainees transgressing this will be immediately asked to leave, and forfeit their course fees in full for the relevant training they are attending and pay compensation if deemed necessary by management against any transgressing trainee. |

| 5.9 |
Trainees may under no circumstances influence or attempt to influence any other trainee by encouraging them, suggesting to them, and or offering alternative options, to not to make use of RLTS services and product ranges offered, as well as offer any services and or promote any other services that they may offer to any of the trainees in attendance at the relevant training. Discrediting us while at training to promote your own services above that of RLTS while at training presented by RLTS will not be tolerated whatsoever. Trainees transgressing this will be immediately asked to leave, and forfeit their course fees in full for the relevant training they are attending, and pay compensation to the extent of the full product and service delivery for the entire range of training and products offered by RLTS for the relevant training. This will not exclude any damages that may be claimed by such actions. |

| 5.10 |
Trainees that are caught cheating during examination will be immediately expelled and default on the course fees paid, legal fees for any appeal will be for the trainees account without prejudice and at no cost, claim and/or liability to RLTS whatsoever |
|
| 5.11 |
Should any injury, damage and/or death take place to any livestock being worked on as a result of the applicant and/or trainees negligence where it is found that the applicant and/or trainee refused to comprehensively adhere to instruction from any RLTS representative then the applicant and/or trainee will be subject to claims and/or liability without reservation and restriction whatsoever without restriction on period of time or date in order to compensate loses and costs as a result of the applicant and/or trainee. |

| 6 |
Injury, Health and Medical |
|
| 6.1 |
RLTS and or any employees, associates, representatives and or Directors of RLTS cannot be held responsible for any injury caused to any person or livestock unit whatsoever for whatever reason while working at facilities during practical sessions. |
|
| 6.2 |
RLTS and or any employees, associates, representatives and or Directors of RLTS cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused to any part of property infrastructure, buildings and or equipment while on the facilities. |
|
| 6.3 |
RLTS and or any employees, associates, representatives and or Directors of RLTS cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage of any personal items. |
|
| 6.4 |
RLTS is not responsible for any medical costs that may be incurred by any trainee in attendance. |
|
| 6.5 |
RLTS is not responsible for the cost of diversion due to any medical emergencies that may be encountered due to pre-existing medical conditions. It is therefore important that all trainees attending the training are medically fit to do so. |
|
| 7 |
Transport |

| 7.1 |
It should be noted that distance covered to and from the accommodation to the lecture facilities may cover a number of kilometres. RLTS is not responsible for the transport of trainees and transport and travel costs are not included in the pricing except for Academy trainees for Option 3 and or if transport services have been provided as part of the relevant customers Quotation or Proforma Invoice. |

It should be noted that distance covered to and from the lecture facilities to the practical sessions taking place on the farms, may cover a number of kilometres. RLTS is not responsible for the transport of trainees and transport and travel costs are not included in the pricing except for Academy trainees under the all inclusive charge of Option 3 or if transport services have been provided as part of the relevant customers Quotation or Proforma Invoice. |

Accommodation |
|
| 8.1 |
For the Academy attending Options 2 and Options 3, accommodation is strictly only provided to paid up trainees, if you require your partner / spouse to be accommodated and or meals provided please make a special requests. If we can accommodate your partner / spouse, subject to availability, we will provide a sperate Quotation and Invoice that must be paid in full prior to commencement date. |

| 8.2 |
Where accommodation is provided by RLTS as part of Option 2 and Option 3 of the Academy training for any Module attended, sharing is not the normal procedure, however depending on allocation and availability it may be necessary. This includes the accommodation for Option 2 and self-catering kitchen facilities for Option 2. For Option 2 self-catering kitchen facilities may also be a communal kitchen at the relevant lodge, guest house and or accommodation facility. While we try every effort to avoid it, it does happen from time to time as we are not a hotel facility but and educational facility providing accommodation. If trainees have to share, it will be only allocated to same sex, age and cultural demographics. Group bookings are only offered on room sharing basis. If trainees wish to exclusively have the hotel option, then bookings are done based on market rate for accommodation per night and will incur additional charges, as it is well known that guest house and hotel accommodation rates per night does not come cheaply. |

| 8.3 |
Trainees transgressing the set terms and conditions while being accommodated at the training facility will be asked to leave pending the seriousness of the relevant transgression and where necessary removed without refund and subject to criminal and or legal steps being taken against them where contraventions has warranted such steps necessary. |
|
| 8.4 |
RLTS is not responsible to entertain or offer entertainment to trainees attending any training courses offered by RLTS. |
|
| 8.5 |
Where accommodation is to be provided by RLTS as per the arrangements made within this document, it should be noted that RLTS is a training facility and while we try to deliver the best possible service, we are unfortunately not a lodge or hotel and therefore can not compete in service delivery for housekeeping. Therefore trainees are responsible for keeping their room tidy and once a week bedding will be changed. |

| 8.6 |
Academy trainees booked in under Options 3, will have laundry done once a week, please hand in your washing as per house keeping rules as set out in the relevant documents on arrival at the Academy. |

Group Training Courses / Private Training Contracted for |
|
| 8.1 |
For training falling outside our regular schedule that has been commissioned by potential customers, please note that payment must be made in advance in full, in order to meet the selected training days. Selected dates must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties, RLTS and client. |
|
| 8.2 |
Accommodation & meals are not provided in the course fee and course attendees must make their own arrangements for accommodation & meals unless trainees that have paid to attend the Academy training subject to the relevant Option selected and or trainees that have paid additional charges for the accommodation and meals as per the supplied Quotation and or Proforma Invoice, this is limited only to training provided at the George venue. |
|
| 8.3 |
Additional trainees and or fewer trainees that have arrived for training on the starting date, other than what has been quoted for, will incur additional charging rate per trainee and or a different charging rate. |
|
| 8.4 |
Fewer students may not incur a reduction in charging rate. The price charged per person may increase as the price is worked out based on the customers indicated number. This is at the discretion of the management of RLTS as costs for notes and equipment must be prepared in advance. |
|
| 8.5 |
RLTS is not responsible for any additional costing, charges, hire and or rental that may be arranged by the co-ordinator and or organizer for courses presented away from our regular scheduled courses at alternative venues other than those used for scheduled training by RLTS. |
|
| 8.6 |
Suitable lecture facilities including a power point is provided by RLTS, however this must be provided by the customer for any freelance training provided outside our regular schedule at alternative venues. |
|
| 8.7 |
Full payment without deductions must be made in full in advance into the beneficiaries account (RLTS) unless alternative arrangements have been made and documented. |
|
| 8.8 |
All our training is open to any third parties for attendance, provided the terms and conditions of RLTS are met and unless otherwise specified and or if the training is provided specifically for a designated customer. |
|
| 8.9 |
Livestock for practical sessions are provided by RLTS for all training presented at the scheduled courses as per our regular scheduled training presented at our regular venues. Livestock for training outside the afore mentioned training must be provided by the prospective customer. RLTS can not be held responsible for the quality and quantity of cattle supplied by customers for courses where we do not include the supply of cattle in our services such as away courses requested by customers. |

| 8.10 |

Rescheduling of Scheduled Training Courses |
|
| 9.1 |
RLTS reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel training courses at management’s discretion prior to the commencement date, without prejudice and at no cost, claim and/or liability to RLTS whatsoever. |
|
| 9.2 |
If set date training courses are cancelled or postponed, RLTS will endeavour to notify all applicants within 3 (three) days of commencement of the proposed and relevant training course. We can not accept responsibility if applicants are not reachable at the indicated contact numbers, as are indicated on the application forms by the applicant. |
|
| 9.2 |
Where the applicant is not able to attend rescheduled training courses, payments will be refunded in full, except where Force Majure is applicable or deferred to later scheduled dates as may be requested by the applicant. |
| 10 |
Failure to Attend Scheduled Training Courses |
| 10.1 |
Should applicants fail to attend the relevant training course for which they have registered, payments will be forfeited unless notification is given prior to the intended, designated, selected and/or nominated training course. Notification must be received no less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the commencement date of the relevant training course for which the applicant has applied for. If no notification is received and confirmed so by RLTS, RLTS reserves the right to hold payments indefinitely for future training. This decision will be made at the discretion of RLTS management as RLTS may deem fit. |

Due Payment Date & Discount Policy |
| 11.1 |
Discount are only offered subject to Full prompt payments having been received and cleared within the time period indicated on the relevant Quotation, Pro-Forma Invoice and or Invoice. |
| 11.2 |
Where discounts are offered, refunds are subject to administrative costs if requested for whatever reason but also subject to our Refund Policy as contained herein. |
| 11.3 |
Trainees may request a payment plan, whereby we will gladly offer a solution for part payment with staggard payments done over time to accommodate trainees, this will be subject to a different charging rate and will be reviewed per applicant, discounts will be subject to management discretion and may be applicable but this will be communicated with the relevant trainee. |
| 11.4 |
Where discounts are offered, based on the sum of multiple courses offered and or academy modules offered, where only part payment is received for the full scope of training contained within the relevant Quotation, Pro-Forma Invoice and or Invoice, all discounts offered are not valid and normal standard listed pricing is then relevant as well as subject to additional charges where other prospective trainees have been turned away, as we operate on a first come first serve basis for attendance based on first and full payments having been received which allows attendance whereby later paying trainees attendance may be shifted to the next available dates, whereby paying outside the relevant Due Date of Payment, not in accordance with the relevant Quotation, Pro-Forma Invoice and or Invoice. This is done without prejudice to RLTS. We operate strictly on limited numbers for attendance to each training course offered and prioritise attendance in accordance to ranking order of earliest payments receive first order confirmations for attendance. |

Refund Policy |
| 12.1 |
Refunds are only made on request from the person, company, entity or body that has made the relevant payment, subject to conditions mentioned herein no payment will be made if the indicated provisions have not been met; |
| 12.2 |
Subject to the payee furnishing proof of the relevant payment having been made that is satisfactory to RLTS such as the actual transaction transcript and or identification, often proof of payments are lacking key information required. |
| 12.3 |
If payments are made from a specific account refunds will only be done back the relevant specific account, therefore a proof of bank account is required that can be verified against the payment made. |
| 12.4 |
Subject to receiving the identification documents of both the Trainee and the individual who has made the payment if done by a third party, and if it is made by a company, entity, body, the authorised persons identification that can and has made the relevant payment. |
| 12.5 |
Subject to a resolution been made if a third party has paid, that is a company, entity, and or body, that the authorised person has permission to make the payment as well as request the refund. |
| 12.6 |
Subject to a formal letter having been received signed by both the trainee and the payee that a refund has been requested. |
| 12.7 |
Refunds are subject to a 30 day cooling off period whereby any payment made will only be refunded once the payment has been made 30 days after this date. The reason for this is that we encounter fraudulent transactions on an alarmingly regular basis whereby payments are made by third parties and prospective trainees are trying to obtain the funds by measure of requesting a refund. |
| 12.8 |
Refunds that are requested where an overpayment has been made requires the exact same documentation and conditions before the refund will be initiated by RLTS. |
| 12.9 |
Refunds that are requested where the incorrect course has been paid for requires a written request to transfer the funds for the purpose of alternative training, excess monies that have to be repaid will follow the same conditions as set out in this document. |
| 12.10 |
Force Majure does not qualify to receive a refund. |
| 12.11 |
Trainees withdrawing from any training for which they have applied and paid for, will only be refunded if a 2 week notice of their non attendance has been received and confirmed to be acknowledged by RLTS. |
| 12.12 |
Subject to the RLTS refund form having been fully completed which can be requested on trainees requesting a refund. |
| 12.13 |
Where RLTS has given the customer the option to receive a refund and or attend another training course for whatever reason, we still require the requested documentation to legally transfer the funds. We have in the past changed dates and trainees took the opportunity when been offered a refund to redirect the refund without knowledge of the payee as a third party. |
| 12.14 |
All refunds are subject to a refund charge to cover the administration and charging fess by banks relative to the amount charged by the banks. |
| 13 |
Force Majure |
| 13.1 |
RLTS shall not be held liable for his failure to meet any of RLTS obligations, in the event, that such failure was due to conditions beyond RLTS control, that it cannot reasonably be expected of RLTS that RLTS should have taken the conditions and its ultimate effects or RLTS’s ability to comply into account at the time of RLTS receiving full payment for training from the relevant trainee; and that RLTS could not reasonably have avoided or overcome the conditions or its effect, such conditions as listed below; |

War, whether declared or not, civil war, riot and revolution, acts of piracy or sabotage, |
| 13.3 |
Natural disasters such as heavy storms, cyclones, earthquakes, tidal waves, floods, destruction by lightning, |
| 13.4 |
Explosions, fires, destruction of machines, of factories and of any type of installation, |
| 13.5 |
Boycotts, and strikes and all types of lock-outs, go-slow actions, occupation of factories, premises and places of employment, |
| 13.6 |
Disease outbreaks and or quarantine conditions which directly affect the practical component of training as well as animals on scheduled training sessions that are not able to be worked on, |
| 13.7 |
Actions by the authorities, whether rightful or wrongful, |
